One-Day Health Athlete Workshop: November 2026

As part of our ongoing focus on employee well-being, Buckeye Wellness is offering its Health Athlete program in person. Through engaging presentations and personal reflection, Health Athlete participants develop strategies to maintain and expand their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy. Multiple workshop options are available to Ohio State employees and community members.
